Prints > Giclee Prints

These "Giclee" prints are high-resolution digital prints, printed on an Epson or Iris printer. These are typically produced in smaller editions using the highest quality permanent inks and heavy PH-neutral watercolor paper. The end result is a noticeably superior product, a handsome pastel-like surface quality, with great fealty to the original painting. Using this inkjet process, the images can also be printed on canvas, which makes it possible to mount and frame the print like an original oil painting; in other words, without the necessity of matting and glass.

The Giclees on paper are signed and numbered in graphite on the white border just below the image. The canvas prints are signed and numbered in permanent ink in the corner of the image.
